Chef Janet Hoffman takes you from the casual menu of Southern Germany's famed Oktoberfest to an everyday-elegant evening of classic "Deutsche"bill of fare. Janet will recreate the recipes and techniques she learned from both her German Oma, and later while stationed with the U.S. Army in Nurnberg.
