Drunken Chili:

Ingredients:
1 sirloin steak cubed
1/2 lb ground chuck
1 can 12-24 oz. beer
1 cup red wine
1 envelope ranch dressing mix
1 can dark red kidney beans, drained
1 can black beans,drained
1 can seasoned white beans or pinquintos with juice
1 can diced tomatoes with chilis and juice
1 yellow onion, dived
1 can diced mild green chilis or jalapenos, drained
1 Tbs. chili powder
1 Tbs. Thyme
1 Tbs. Garlic (any type, minced, dried, powdered etc...)
Brown steak in a dutch oven or heavy pot. Remove and set aside. Brown onion
and sirloin in same pot add red wine as the pink leaves the sirloin. Add
cooked steak back to pot. Add the beer, dressing mix, beans, chilis and
spices, bring to a boil and then turn down to a simmer until heated well and
steak is very tender. Serve with grated cheese, sour cream and chopped
cilantro for garnish
